Shipping Information

Our shipping provider is Royal Mail.

  • Standard Delivery: Tracked 48

  • Upgraded Delivery: Tracked 24

Estimated delivery time for both services is 1-5 working days. Tracking numbers can be found in your dispatch email.

Please note that external factors such as postal strikes or  adverse weather issues may occasionally cause delays or disruptions to delivery services. We will do our best to keep customers informed if significant delays occur.

A parcel is not considered lost in transit until 21 working days after dispatch.
If you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to change shipping provider in order to provide a better service, if shipping provider is changed then a similar delivery service (upgraded or standard) will be selected. This should not affect delivery estimates.
